Raleigh based Divorce Attorney – Kimberly A. Wallis joined Gailor, Wallis & Hunt, PLLC, in 1996 following her clerkship for the Honorable Ralph A. Walker of the North Carolina Court of Appeals.  Kim is an equity member of the firm. Her practice concentrates heavily in the litigation of complex custody and equitable distribution cases.  Kim heads the appellate advocacy group of Gailor, Wallis & Hunt, PLLC.  She has successfully represented many clients in domestic cases before the North Carolina Court of Appeals.  Kim is expanding her areas of concentration to include adoption cases. Kim is a trained Parenting Coordinator and member of the Association of American Family and Conciliation Courts.

Kim received her B.A. magna cum laude in political science from North Carolina State University in 1991 and her J.D. from Wake Forest University in 1995.  She has been a lecturer at continuing legal education seminars on a variety of family law topics and has written on a variety of family law issues.
